We generate template compliance pages (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Support, Data Deletion, and Marketing) and host them at a subdomain of baseterms.com on your behalf. That's it. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not review your app or verify that the pages we generate are appropriate for your specific situation.
The pages generated by BaseTerms are starter templates intended to help you get something live quickly. They are not a substitute for legal counsel. You are responsible for reviewing the generated content and ensuring it accurately reflects how your app collects, stores, and uses data. If you are unsure whether the templates meet your legal obligations, consult a qualified attorney.
By using BaseTerms you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any hosted pages — with or without notice — if we determine they are being used for impersonation, fraud, abuse, or any other purpose that violates these Terms or applicable law. No refund will be issued in cases of removal for abuse.
Each app bundle is a one-time $9 payment — one payment covers all 5 pages for that app. If you have multiple apps, each requires a separate $9 purchase. There are no subscriptions or renewal fees. If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you — no questions asked.
We aim to keep your pages available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages arising from downtime or loss of access.
